Daniel H. Tulley is a United States Air Force major general serving as the director of operations at the United States Transportation Command. He previously served as the vice director for joint force development of the Joint Staff from July 2021 to January 2024.[1]

Military career

Tulley served as the commander of the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing and was the senior military assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force. In February 2021, he was nominated for promotion to major general.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
