Claudie Fritsch-Mentrop (born 25 December 1952), known by her stage name Desireless (French pronunciation: [deziʁlɛs]), is a French singer.[1] Between 1986 and 1988, her hit single "Voyage, voyage" made it to number one around the world music charts. The music video was directed by Bettina Rheims and showed the artist in a cold, androgynous style similar to a wave of other contemporary female singers such as Annie Lennox and Grace Jones.[2]
