In November 2023 the company completed a Reverse Take-Over for 70% of the Henkries Uranium project and changed its name to Neo Energy Metals, listing on the LSE for £15million[2]. This acquisition included the Beatrix 4 mine and shaft complex, as well as 26.9million lbs of Uranium (U₃O₈) and 1.2million ounces of Gold resource. In addition to the sale of the mine, Sibanye-Stillwater acquired a 40% stake in Neo Energy Metals [5].
