Description
Čeština: Keratoderma blenorrhagicum (Reiterův syndrom)
Deutsch: Hautveränderungen der Füße.
English: A differential diagnosis revealed that the rash on the bottom of this individual’s feet, known as keratoderma blennorrhagica, was due to Reiter's syndrome, not a syphilitic infection as was initially suspected. Reiter’s syndrome, sometimes referred to as “seronegative spondyloarthropathy” or “reactive arthritis”, consists of predominately three symptoms: arthritis, conjunctivitis, and urinary tract infections, or urethritis. More recently, doctors have recognized a fourth major feature, ulcerations of the skin and mouth. (See PHIL #5794)
Polski: Keratoderma blennorrhagica na podeszwowej powierzchni stóp w przebiegu zespołu Reitera.
