Summary

Description This version of the image incorporates T-tubules. The top image is the wild-type image and the bottom the myotonia example. The stimulation protocol was as follows: hold at 12pA for 5ms, -45pA for 150ms, 12pA for the remainder. The portion of inactivating channels in the myotonia example is 0.02. This was coded in w:Fortran.
