English: Lunar surface imaged by Surveyor 7. Figure 3-62 of NASA SP-184, caption reads:
FIGURE 3-62.-Vesicular fragment about 35 cm across, about 7 meters from Surveyor VII camera. Note the light banding caused by subdued ridges and grooves that extend from the upper right to the lower left of the block. The long axes of the vesicles are oriented at an angle of about 70° to the banding (Jan. 15, 1968, 12:15:11 GMT).
