4. This image is of low resolution and in no way devalues the original high resolution video or any part thereof.

5. This image represents a truly minimal fraction of the video from which it is extracted, which ran 1 hour and 22 minutes at time of first broadcast.

6. This image will be used solely in an encyclopedia article dealing with the subject of the image.
