The Crown is a historical drama television series about the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, created and principally written by Peter Morgan, and produced by Left Bank Pictures and Sony Pictures Television for Netflix. The first season was released on 4 November 2016,[1] the second on 8 December 2017,[2] the third on 17 November 2019,[3] the fourth on 15 November 2020,[4] the fifth on 9 November 2022,[5] and the sixth between 16 November and 14 December 2023.[6]
During the course of the programme, 60 episodes of The Crown were released over six series, between 4 November 2016 and 14 December 2023.
