In February 2024, he won the silver medal in the men's 86 kg event at the 2024 European Wrestling Championships held in Bucharest, Romania.[11] In August 2024, he lost his bronze medal match in the men's freestyle 86 kg event at the Summer Olympics in Paris, France.[12]
