Portal:LGBTPortal:LGBTQ – Consistent with parent LGBTQ article after recent Talk:LGBTQ#Requested move 14 August 2024 discussion per WP:CONSUB. The portal page has already for a long time carried itself as "The LGBTQ+ Portal" so updating the page title just follows this to formalize it in the title as well. Portal:LGBTQ/Current_events and Portal:LGBTQ/Current_events/Wikinews
I updated it myself manually on September 26. It's supposed to be updated by a bot integrated with Wikinews, but over there they moved the page that the bot draws from (from wikinews:Portal:LGBT/Wikipedia to wikinews:User:Wikinews_Importer_Bot/LGBT). The bot User:Wikinews_Importer_Bot that was responsible was deactivated in 2021 it appears, based on this edit history. It looks like it hasn't copied any stories over since then. Aside from that it looks like only very few stories on Wikinews itself were tagged with this. Only 7 stories from 2023 and only one so far for 2024? Raladic (talk) 01:06, 9 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
