On July 15, 2024, the cast was announced, consisting of 12 contestants from various Drag Race spin-offs from around the world that would compete for a cash prize of $200,000, and a spot in the "International Pavilion" at the "Drag Race Hall of Fame".[2]

Twelve queens from across the Drag Race franchise enter the competition walking the runway in the category International Runway Extravaganza. RuPaul informs them that, due to the split premiere, only six queens will take part in the first maxi challenge, while the others will compete in the next episode. For the first main challenge, the queens must perform in the "Global Glamazon Talent Extravaganza" talent show in front of the judges.
On the runway, category is Garden of Eden. It is announced that Alyssa Edwards and Kween Kong are the top two queens of the week who will lip-sync for the win. They lip-sync to "Only Girl (In The World)" by Rihanna. Alyssa Edwards and Kween Kong both won the lip-sync and the challenge.

For this episode's mini challenge, the queens are tasked with creating a front cover for a magazine in a quick drag make-up. Nehellenia won the mini-challenge. For this episode's main challenge, RuPaul reveals that the second group of queens must perform in the "Global Glamazon Talent Extravaganza" talent show in front of the judges.
On the runway, category is Money Makes The World Go Round. The top two all stars are Eva Le Queen and Vanity Vain. They lip-sync to "Paranoia" by Danna and Steve Aoki. Vanity Vain won the lip-sync and the challenge.

For this week's main challenge the queens must showcase three looks for the International Queen of Mystery Ball, presenting two looks brought from home and one made in the work room. Categories are Boss Lady in Charge, She-vil Villain, and International Queen of Mystery. After the runway, Alyssa Edwards, Pythia, and Tessa Testicle receive positive critiques with Pythia winning the challenge. Athena Likis, Miranda Lebrão, and Soa de Muse receive negative critiques, with Miranda Lebrão being declared safe. Athena Likis and Soa de Muse lip-sync to "Bad Idea Right?" by Olivia Rodrigo. Soa de Muse wins the lip-sync and Athena Likis is eliminated.

For this week mini-challenge, the queens read each other to filth. Kitty Scott-Claus won the mini challenge. For this week maxi-challenge, the queens divided into 3 different teams, acting in 3 different sequels of "Boobie" (inspired from "Barbie"). The teams are as follows:
On the runway, category is "Browntown". Team "Jurassic Boobie" was announce as the high team, with Kween Kong winning the challenge. Gala Varo and Eva Le Queen were the bottom two. The pair lip-synched to "Take On Me" by A-ha. Gala Varo won the lip sync and Eva Le Queen is eliminated.

Vanity Vain, Gala Varo and Soa de Muse received negative critiques, with Vanity Vain being safe. Gala Varo and Soa de Muse were the bottom two. They lip-synched to "Bang Bang" by Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj. Gala Varo won the lip sync and Soa de Muse sashayed away.

For this week mini-challenge, the queens had 20 minutes to get into quick drag and pose for a profile picture for a dating app called "Archer". Gala Varo won the mini-challenge. For the maxi-challenge, the queen were tasked to do a celebrity impersonation and played in the Snatch Game of Love. The queens were divided into two groups, vying for the love from the guest judges: Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi. Tessa Testicle, Vanity Vain and Gala Varo received negative critiques, with Vanity Vain and Gala Varo were up for elimination. They lip-synched to "Mah Na Mah Na" by The Muppets. Vanity Vain won the lip sync and Gala Varo sashayed away.

For the mini-challenge, the queens answering questions from RuPaul by raising the name of the queen they think fitted the most based on the question. Kween Kong won the challenge. After the mini-challenge, RuPaul brings back the eliminated queens to announce the maxi-challenge, which is the makeover challenge. The remaining queens are tasked to makeover one of their fellows' eliminated contestants. As the winner of the mini-challenge, Kween Kong earned the power to assign makeover partner to her competitors. The makeover partner and their makeover name of each queens are as follow:
On the runway, Nehellenia, Alyssa Edwards and Kween Kong received positive critiques, with Nehellenia winning the overall challenge. Tessa Testicle, Kitty Scott-Claus and Vanity Vain received negative critiques with Tessa Testicle being safe. Kitty and Vanity then lip-synched to "Believe" by Cher. Kitty Scott-Claus won the lip sync and Vanity Vain was eliminated.

For this week maxi-challenge, the queens were tasked to create a tourism advertisement video, showcasing their home countries. On the runway, category is "Star Trek: Queens in Outer Space". Alyssa Edwards, Nehellenia and Kitty Scott-Claus received positive critiques, with Alyssa Edwards was announced the winner of the overall challenge. Kween Kong and Tessa Testicle were announced as the bottom two. They lip-synched to "Don't Leave Me This Way" by Thelma Houston.

This week, the eliminated queens participated in a Lip Sync LaLaPaRuZa smackdown to RuPaul's songs, with the winner of the smackdown earning the title of "Global Lip Sync Assassin" and the cash prize of $50,000. For most of the time, a queen is randomly called to lip-sync, with the chosen queen have the ability to choose their opponent, with the other queen having the ability to choose the song. For the first round, Vanity Vain was the first queen to lip-sync. Vanity chose Eva Le Queen as their opponent. Eva chose "Just What They Want" as the lip-sync song. Eva Le Queen won the lip sync and moved on to the next round. The second pair was between Soa de Muse and Tessa Testicle, with Soa chose Tessa as their opponent. Tessa chose "A.S.M.R Lover" as the lip-sync song. Soa de Muse won the lip sync. The third pair was between Athena Likis and Pythia, with Athena picked Pythia to face off. Pythia chose "Jealous Of My Boogie" as the lip-sync song. Athena Likis won the lip-sync and moved on to the next round. The last pair was between Gala Varo and Miranda Lebrão. Gala was selected to choose the song, with them chose "Cha Cha Bitch" as the lip-sync song. Gala Varo won the lip-sync and secured the last spot for the second round of the Lalaparuza. For the first pair of the second round, Gala Varo was chosen to lip-sync. Gala then chose Eva Le Queen as the opponent. Eva then chose "Call Me Mother" as the lip-sync song. Gala Varo won the lip-sync and moves on to the final round. The last remaining pair in round 2, Soa de Muse and Athena Likis were paired to lip-sync against other. They lip-synced to "U Wear It Well". Soa de Muse won the lip-sync and moved on to the final round. In the final round, Gala Varo and Soa de Muse lip-synched to "The Beginning". Soa de Muse won the lip-sync and was announced as the winner of the lip-sync Lalaparuza, earning the title of "Global Lip Sync Assassin".

For the final maxi-challenge, the queen wrote their own verse and participated in the music video for the song "Dance Like The World Is Watching". On the runway, category is: "Best Drag On Earth". The remaining and eliminated queens walked the runway one last time. Soa de Muse was crowned "Miss Global Peacemaker" (rebranded version of "Miss Congeniality"). The top four then lip-synched for the crown individually to "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga. Alyssa Edwards was then announced as the winner of the season, leaving Nehellenia, Kitty Scott-Claus and Kween Kong as the runners-up.
