THERE IS NO COPYRIGHT MATERIAL. THE WEB HOSTER PLACES ERRONEOUS INFORMATION BUT NO COPYRIGHT EXISTS WHEN DUE DILIGENCE IS DONE. :I'm afraid that is a misconception. In principle, copyright protection applies to all creative works as soon as they are published, not when they are registered with a government agency. For this reason, our copyright policy would have required us to delete the articles regardless of whether your web designer included a copyright notice.
