If you are unable to complete a move for technical reasons, you can request technical help below. This is the correct method if you tried to move a page, but you got an error message saying something like "You do not have permission to move this page, for the following reasons:..." or "The/This page could not be moved, for the following reason:..."
If you are here because you want an admin to approve of your new article or your proposed page move, you are in the wrong place.

Uncontroversial technical requests
- User:Roadsguy/Monroe Expressway (currently a redirect to Monroe Expressway) → Monroe Expressway (move · discuss) – The title "Monroe Expressway" is the only one used in the USA. Consensus seemed to have been reached and there is merit for the article to be published. Original author has not been on WP for a while but has supported his article being moved in the past. Thank You! DiscoA340 (talk) 11:43, 19 July 2022 (UTC)

Contested technical requests
- Judah (son of Jacob) → Judah (move · discuss) – Same as other famous biblical characters/names, like Jacob, Leah, Rachel, Abraham, etc. GordonGlottal (talk) 21:02, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
- The provided rationale does not seem rooted in Wikipedia policies & guidelines, and it appears that the requestor just performed an undiscussed move of Juda to Judah (name) to make way for this undiscussed primary topic grab. There is nothing in Wikipedia guidelines that says that "famous biblical characters" are automatically considered more important than other topics. — BarrelProof (talk) 21:37, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
- I've reverted the undiscussed move at 162's request. — Ceso femmuin mbolgaig mbung, mellohi! (投稿) 22:51, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
- This especially needs discussion as Judah is not only the name of a biblical figure, but is the name of one of the twelve tribes of Israel as well as the name of an Israelite kingdom. Not uncontroversial by any means. Natg 19 (talk) 22:12, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
