Title of article

This article ought to be retitled "525 Lexington Avenue" since it is no longer the New York Marriott East Side and appears to be student housing now. If it had been the Marriott for a significant period of time or if it had been a Marriott originally, then I could see possibly keeping the name, but as it is, the street address is probably best.
