• Support It is not necessary to be consistent with other countries since the considerations for each country might vary. However, there is nonetheless a good case to be made for the proposed moves. I have taken a random sample of the subject articles: Bushehr Province, Kermanshah Province, Mazandaran Province, Semnan Province and Bahrain Province (Ngrams not found: Bahrain Province).
