Removed more vandalism, reverted to correct version. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.226.103.222 (talk • contribs) 23:24, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
I have on several occasions removed the paragraph starting: "In recent years, figurehead leader Mike McGrory has lost any actual power he once had over the school. An elusive organization known as "Bike Club" seems to have the greatest influence...". This appears to be unsourced and unencyclopedic; it also seems to me to be a POV attack on the school. The paragraph appears to be replaced regularly by various different IP addresses. If this paragraph is actually correct, please provide source. -- MightyWarrior 21:00, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
September 2006
edit9.2.06 - The usage of the term "coup" seems debatable. (Posted 11:46, 2 September 2006 by 205.241.140.177)

I believe that is just a silly joke. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bobtheorc (talk • contribs) 01:29, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Additions
editLooking at other High Schools with more extensive articles, here are a few things that should be added to the page-
- Academics: list of academic accomplishments
- Fine Arts: overview of the marching band, concert bands, theater productions, and art events
- Traditions: school song lyrics, possibly midi file of tune, other notable traditions
adding these and continuing the work on the other categories will definitely help this article get out of stub status. Wingman1331 23:40, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

April 2008
editThis article is linked to from the Leslie Hall article, so it is probably getting a lot more traffic than it used to. Anyone want to give this page a little makeover? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.203.113.97 (talk) 13:47, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Athletics
editThe article states Ames in the Iowa Division of the CIML, but the CIML Wikipedia page has Ames in the Central Division. The CIML website doesn't list the divisions. The CIML page also states 4 division in the text, but has three in the table of members with different names. If someone has a definitive source, a correction of both pages would be appreciated.
