"A celebrated diarist, Frank described everyday life from her family's hiding place in an Amsterdam attic." this line implies that frank was a celebrated diarist while she was alive, rather than posthumously - could it be rephrased to two separate sentences? "Frank described everyday life from her family's hiding place in an Amsterdam attic.
