Repeated reversion of thoroughly referenced edit
editI have no idea what user:Bon courage finds to object to in either my edit or its references. The only hint of an objection is a mention of “usability” of “unreliable sources.” If they consider peer-reviewed articles published in Science Advances and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences to be unreliable, then I don’t know what psychic oracle can be trusted. And more to the point, if they do consider them unreliable, then it is for them to make that case.
I hope that some reasoned exchange can resolve this matter, since revert wars are pointless… and contrary to our cultural norms. If I see no reasonable reply to this query after some moderate waiting time, I will reluctantly revert their reversion of my reversion of their reversion.—PaulTanenbaum (talk) 18:30, 5 August 2024 (UTC)
- These are primary sources, no? Please see WP:MEDRS. Bon courage (talk) 18:45, 5 August 2024 (UTC)
- OK, I have added a secondary source.—PaulTanenbaum (talk) 18:59, 5 August 2024 (UTC)
- Still not WP:MEDRS (a churned press release on phys.org is most unwelcome). You have been warned for edit-warring. Continue with this and a sanction will likely be necessary to protect the Project from further disruption. To get a wider view please raise a query at WT:MED for more input from experienced medical editors. Thanks. Bon courage (talk) 19:15, 5 August 2024 (UTC)
