Specificness
editIt looks like a deal of this is recycled material originally from the loli and later moved to the 'cp depicting minors' articles, if there is going to be predominant focus in cases relating to anime illustrations then I think it would be good to mention that in the intro and perhaps reflect it in the title, as the title currently is more broadly-worded than what its content contains. New case?
editI was reading that a pair of twins got arrested in Canada somewhere for possession of shota? Haven't found the article, but if true it's the first development I've heard of in Canada since 3 years of Sousa visiting the year after Chin's problem. 99.238.89.121 (talk) 09:16, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
Out of Date/Incorrect Information
editThe information on this page is largely out-dated and incorrect. When I get a chance this week, I will update it with the new cases and minimum penalties. There are also new procedures for invoking exceptions.Billturner1983 (talk) 23:12, 20 May 2013 (UTC)

Child pornography laws in Canada → Legality of child pornography in Canada – Several different formats exist for the titles of articles regarding the legality of a particular thing. I believe that all of these should be consistent with each other and that that format should be "Legality of X" (instead of "Legal status of X, Laws regarding X, etc.) Others have noted that "legality" is a more common term when referring to whether something is legal or illegal than "legal status".
