Talk:Depot injection

Quick review

edit
  1. There's a spelling mistake at the start of the Purpose section   Done
  2. You probably already know, but when you write the lead, check out MOS:LEAD and MOS:MEDLEAD before you start. That keeps the principles fresh in your mind when you're working on it.
  3. You have a decent number of references, which are mixture of secondary and primary sources. Go through and make sure that any biomedical claim isn't being supported by a primary source.   Done
  4. The Pharmacokinetics section requires a citation.   Done (and expanded)
  5. We should not autocollapse tables by default for article content. See MOS:COLLAPSE for details and rationale.   Done removed the tables altogether
  6. Check out MOS:MEDSECTIONS to get ideas for organisation and any sub-topics that might be able to be added. These are only suggestions, but can be helpful.

You have more than enough content to move into mainspace once the lead is in place. To check that you meet WP:GNG, try to pick out in your own mind three secondary sources that provide significant coverage of the topic.

Once all that's in place, you're good to go. --RexxS (talk) 15:47, 31 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

@RexxS: Thank you for your advice, the only thing I have left is going to be a lede then I'll probably get it to article form so more people can find/work on it. Your tips were much appreciated (and what do you mean a deopt isn't the same thing?!). bɜ:ʳkənhɪmez (User/say hi!) 21:33, 31 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
@RexxS: Sorry for the duplicate ping, but it actually looks like I can't move it because it exists as a redirect right now. Is this something you can do or do I need to go somewhere or post somewhere for it? This is obviously only if you agree with the move, of course. Thanks in advance. bɜ:ʳkənhɪmez (User/say hi!) 22:30, 31 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Berchanhimez: The redirect only had a history of changes to the redirect, so I've moved your article over it. I don't think there's anything controversial about that. --RexxS (talk) 15:01, 1 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • Can potentially add a picture, but I will have to look into it (and likely would need another hook if a picture is used), QPQ not done for this one as I'm only at 3 nominations/creations - but I'll try to start reviewing sometime. On that note, if anyone wants to mentor me for a couple DYK reviews I do to make sure I don't mess up, please let me know! bɜ:ʳkənhɪmez (User/say hi!) 01:39, 2 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
Dear User:Berchanhimez, the article has just been recently created, is long enough, and is within policy; in addition the hook is interesting and is fewer than two-hundred characters. There is currently no image to review for this hook. As you have only three nominations, a QPQ is unnecessary at this time. I hope this helps. With regards, AnupamTalk 05:53, 8 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
