I've added a trivia note about this but I'm not entirely sure how to reference it. My information just comes from an item on eBay and I'm not sure if this is really good enough. While it lasts, the link to the auction is here: [1].

The auction was for a pressbook that advertises "Head Hunters of the Amazon" between "The Sea Raider" and "The Gang Busters".
