The roads of Hyderabad were washed with ordinary water not rose water. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 116.71.88.234 (talk) 18:59, 16 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

The article is clear and coherent. It also includes good photos and statistical data. The down side is that there are a few red links in the article and the history is not citated properly. The lead section needs some improvement to add to the readablity of the article. More information about the city is needed in order to improve this article. The pre infependence days were horrible eductaionwise for Muslims of Hyderabad. As there was only one school were Muslim students could study was Noor Mohammad High School. Which was founded my famous Sindhi eductionist Noor Mohammad. All other schools admitted only Hindu students.

I have written the above lines because thats what I have heard from my father who studied at Noor Mohammad High School in 1940's. That pre independence days. So its almost first hand info. —Preceding unsigned comment added by ChJameelArain (talkcontribs) 02:48, 18 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Majority polulation of Hyderabad city is Urdu speaking.

edit

-Nowadays the city of Hyderabad has a majority of urdu speaking population that is why a urdu speaking District Nazim has been elected by the people of Hyderabad District. The population of hyderabad is increaing because imigration from other parts of sindh. Some for the jobs some for the higher studies because the famous university of sindh jamshoro which is on the 33KM distance in jamshoro.

1)If anybody says otherwise he should cite source from census dept.
2)Urdu speaking Zila Nazim belonging to MQM is also proof of majority population.
3)I think some wikipedia editors have some bias of grudge against me because of my opinions.
