editThe articles is organized okay, however, it is slim in its content. It does not tie together the topic to its applications or its processes. It also fails to reference multiple times, such as in the uses part, where it is not cited where they obtained the information of what livestock will eat maggots as feed. I feel as though the article could use some pictures, as it is hard to get an idea, especially from the description given. The references do not seem bad at first glance, but no academic articles are listed, just news sources or businesses. I plan to add more scientific content regarding the environmental and economic effects and/or benefits of maggot farming, alongside some pictures. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DwightDC (talk • contribs) 03:02, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
- Would it make sense to merge this article with insect farming? There are quite some overlaps. AJF222 (talk) 08:11, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
- That is a nice idea. It would find a place there as a related sub
- topic. IUgwuanya (talk) 22:47, 14 June 2024 (UTC)
