No, that source given above by Saschaporsche, which is a death notice issued by the undertaker on behalf of the family, definitely says "Date of Death: Tuesday 12th October 2021". That seems conclusive. "Last night" doesn't just mean the period before midnight. Monxton (talk) 13:07, 15 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
Yes, it's awkward that the death notice is a primary source, which WP prefers not to use, while nearly all the secondary sources say 11th, presumably having all copied each other. I'm not doubting that the death notice is correct, but the date will probably be "fixed" in some future edit. Monxton (talk) 23:50, 16 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
