In October 2015, the QCF was replaced by the Ofqual Regulated Qualifications Framework. Therefore this entire page should be drafted into the past tense, and a successor page started.Matt Whyndham (talk) 17:03, 13 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

To be fair, the QCF is still is use and will continue to be used until 2017, so past tense is inaccurate (see Ofqual RQF document[1], page 4). That said, -- given the direct relationship between QCF and RQF -- might it make better sense to re-title the article as RQF with QCF as a historical subsection?
