The following statement needs to be modified:

It is a solution of IgG anti-D (anti-Rh) which bind to the Rh positive red blood cells in the fetus and destroys them.

The above statement should read, "It is a solution of IgG ani-D (anti-Rh) which binds to the Rh positive red blood cells of the fetus, found in maternal circulation, and destroys them."

Worldwide?

Corrected sentence, note sources copying old version

Inclusion of LGBTQ+ people

"Rho(D) immune globulin (RhIG) is a medication used to prevent RhD isoimmunization in mothers who are RhD negative"

For people whose children can have Erythroblastosis foetalis, the lead sentence mentions only those pregnant people who are cisgender women.

There are also transgender, queer and non-binary people who can give birth (a source and another source).
