Change from 1MJ4 to 1SOX?

1sox

I think that the current image should be replaced with one that shows both the Mo-pterin group and the heme irons. Here's a quick workup. This is the original crystal structure for sulfite oxidase. Any suggestions or comments?

Yes, the PDB rendering based on 1mj4 has to go as it is entirely misleading. 1SOX is the best candidate. Showing the 1mj4 structure in relation to sulfite oxidase is wholly inaccurate as it is missing the catalytically (and critically relevant to the sulfite oxidase wiki entry) molybdenum active site, where the chemistry happens. The 1mj4 structure is only showing an iron-containing heme domain with sulfate nearby (which has nothing to do chemically with the heme) and this is only a very small portion of the overall protein (one domain as opposed to the full dimer).
