The European Union Agency for Asylum indicates that Kurmanji is the native language of the Yazidis. Should the infobox indicate the regional languages spoken by them? Aoito (talk) 20:42, 2 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Ēzidi

edit

The letter "Ē" does not even exist in the Kurdish language, so please stop with the edit. @Aoito Semsûrî (talk) 14:33, 3 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hm, you're right. Encyclopædia Iranica contains errors and is outdated as it was published in 2004. It alone mentions Arabic in two cities in Iraq, while contemporary sources, including academic ones, do not mention it, only Kurmanji. In the Kurdish Wikipedia they are listed as Êzdî. Should Êzidî be replaced by Êzdî? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aoito (talkcontribs) 17:06, 3 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

History Missing

edit

History section between 1918 and 2003 is missing/incomplete. Very limited contemporary history/events. 70.18.209.90 (talk) 14:59, 15 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
