Tokuyama Station (徳山駅, Tokuyama-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Shūnan, Yamaguchi, Japan. It is operated by JR West.[1] It is located in central Shūnan, with the Tokuyama Port and the city office within walking distance.

Tokuyama Station is served by the San'yō Shinkansen and is 430.1 kilometers from Shin-Osaka and 982.7 km from Tokyo. It is also served San'yō Main Line, and is located 414.9 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Kobe and is the western terminus of the 47.1 kilometer Gantoku Line to Iwakuni.

Station layout

The San'yō Shinkansen has two elevated opposed side platforms on the outer edge, with two tracks in the middle for through trains on the third floor of the station building. Station facilities are located on the second floor, and the conventional lines have two side platforms and one island platform with a cutout, serving a total of six tracks on the ground level. The station has a Midori no Madoguchi staffed ticket office.
