Lard
editI was perplexed by your recent edit of lard. I didn't revert it because it can be easily refed. I still think it is in error. I think your using a USDA definition. Unfortunately my OED is in storage. I'm pretty sure that unrendered pig fat is still lard and that rendered fat from a wild or feral pig is also lard.
