Ronald W. Davis article

edit

Hello. This scientist has come to my notice lately, and I find him fascinating on a few levels. The article about Ronald W. Davis is short on his accomplishments in genomics. I do not work in that area, and fear to make a muck of the technical language. I did add some text to his latest project, the "nanoneedle", and his family situation, using recent articles about him, and I tried to clean up the awards list, getting sources for more of them -- and I got more interested in him in reading those sources. Are you the sort who can make the scientific accomplishments clearer? Put enough text to justify the long list of awards he has received? The Davis article is under the aegis of mainly California task forces, as he lives and works there now, but no scientific groups. Anyway, if you could take a look and then rustle up some good writers in science, I think the article would be much improved. I picked your name from the list of people in a science working group, reading your description with an interest in biology and computers. I am hoping that genomics is part of biology. I hope this is not too bold a request. If so, my apologies. --Prairieplant (talk) 04:58, 21 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
