American Indoor Football Association

If I may, regardless of your association with the American Indoor Football Association, making legal threats against other editors won't help your cause. As per WP:LEGAL, you can be quickly blocked for making legal threats. I would suggest you remove them, and try and approach the matter with civility.

Probably the best way to approach the article (rather than make your massive rewrites) is to go to the article's talk page and discuss, point by point, what you feel the problems or inaccuracies in the article are, and what proper secondary sources exist to verify your rewrites. Please bear in mind that you have admitted to having a conflict of interest in this article, so your contributions should be properly referenced and neutral in tone. Please read WP:COI for more information on wikipedia's conflict of interest policy.

I understand you want the article to reflect the truth about the league. My best advice to you is to read the wikipedia links I referenced above, and get familiar with adding neutral content to articles, conflict of interest, and proper secondary resources. You can't just change the entire article without explaining why. I'd again suggest you talk it to the talk page, and discuss (and show) point-by-point where the article could be made better. AIFL/AIFA

Did you read the notice I put on the top of the page? This page is telling the truth as it is, and I have a few questions:

1. Why are you erasing everything about the AIFL? That is a HUGE part of their history, and most fans consider the AIFL and AIFA to be the same league with the name changed in 2006 (same red, white, & blue ball, nearly identical logo, and most of the AIFA's charter members were AIFL teams). If you must separate all the info, at least create a new page for the American Indoor Football League.
2. Why are you removing St. George, Utah as a "potential expansion team"? That city has been mentioned by several fans, and has an arena to go with it.
3. Can you find any signs of life for the Gulf Coast Raiders? They have not been heard from in over a year, plus another AIFA team, the Rochester Raiders, has the name.
4. Again, why are you removing the AIFA Championship Games info? The AIFL is an important part of the history, and if you want to remove the title games there, transfer them to a new page about the history of the AIFL.

Just my opinion. If you disagree, please give an in-depth reply (not just a generic "we want the correct info" page). Thank you, Tom Danson (talk) 13:40, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

1. 2 is easy to answer. Its' speculation in direct opposition to WP:V. Fans don't count as sources. for #3, stop asking him questions like that, this isn't the right place. He needs to answer #1 and #4. However, the part in #1 about what fans think is again irrelevant. get sources. ThuranX (talk) 15:32, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
