If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 1992 in film, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page George Miller (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Delsort scripts

edit

Hello MightyArms. I noticed you manually added a deletion sorting message to an AfD. There are scripts to make things easier at Wikipedia:WikiProject Deletion sorting#Scripts and tools. If you regularly want to do deletion sorting, I would consider installing one of those scripts. — MRD2014 (talk) 23:34, 5 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm TheJoebro64. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Talk:Sonic the Hedgehog (2006 video game) that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. JOEBRO64 10:33, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I’m seconding this. That comment was completely inappropriate, not constructive, and was in response to a discussion that fizzled out in 2013. In no way was it necessary. Absolutely no more of that. Thanks. Sergecross73 msg me 15:38, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Sorry about that. It will not happen again. MightyArms (talk) 15:45, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Talk:Baylor University question

edit

Hi there! I know this was asked about a year ago, but I wanted to follow up with your on the question that you posted on the talk page for Baylor University. The talk page of pages is typically used to discuss the article itself, not to discuss the topic. If you have questions about any topic, the reference desk is a great place to ask. That being said, if you still need your question answered, Baylor was never located in Dallas. It was initially located in Independence, Texas, near College Station, and the men's college relocated to Waco in 1885, and then became co-ed again after the relocation. The women's college relocated to Belton and became what is now known as the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor. Baylor's School of Nursing and the Baylor University Medical Center, the latter of which is no longer associated with Baylor, are both in Dallas. If you have any more questions, please feel free to leave a message on my talk page. Thanks! TheMrP (talk) 02:11, 13 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

While it is appropiate to remove sections that make use of the talk page of an article as a forum to discuss the subject instead of discussing improvements to the article, please refrain of insulting editors in the edit summary.
