Dates and times

edit

Hi - please review the guidance on how we write dates and times at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Dates and numbers. Thanks. Girth Summit (blether) 13:30, 3 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Alright thank you very much. NiftyyyNofteeeee (talk) 20:47, 3 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
Please also stop going around putting commas after adverbial phrases used at the start of sentences. Those commas aren't wrong, but neither are they mandated - it's a stylistic choice. There is no need for someone to add them upon finding perfectly well-written sentences that don't use them. Girth Summit (blether) 13:42, 4 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Dl2000. I noticed that you recently removed content from Trøe without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hello, it must have been a mistake I apologize. NiftyyyNofteeeee (talk) 21:14, 3 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Police vehicles in New York City, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Precinct. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 18:13, 5 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of 1% ONEPERCENT

edit

Hello NiftyyyNofteeeee,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged 1% ONEPERCENT for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!
