Life is Your Sacrifice
Hey Dude - you're not supposed to blank your talk page!
Right, I thought that was you, otherwise I woud've explained my edit last time. But you weren't signed in so I wasn't sure. Anyhoo...
As this is a mere promotional bootleg album
"Mere"? Mere is a value judgement - it suggests that you think bootlegs are inferior. You're probably right! But it's still POV so needs to go. We've been through "promotional" before...
many of the songs have the wrong title name on the album cover and on the Internet. A reason for this may be...
May be, or may not be. You don't know. Speculation. Doesn't belong on a Wiki page. It really is enough to just point out that the tracks are wrong on the back, and use the daftest example. It doesn't warrant a whole separate section.
When the songs are listened to on a computer, the song names are often automatically downloaded. When they are, the song titles do not have capitalisation, unlike other albums, such as full length releases.
You might not mean it this way, but the implication here is that you think there's something official about downloaded song titles, and there's some sort of rule that means bootlegs don't have capitalisation. Simply not true. Song titles on programmes like iTunes (if that's what you mean) are just submitted by joe public (you'll see that under "Get CD Track Names" it says "Submit CD Track Names"). If they're spelled incorrectly or don't have capitals, it's because the guy that put them up did a half assed job (or in this case probably didn't speak English or know anything about the band). And that's really not interesting or unusual enough to be worth mentioning.
Please don't think I'm picking on you. We've now got a page for Life is Your Sacrifice that we didn't have before, and that's entirely down to you, and that's great. But you mustn't mind being edited, especially when your "facts" are dubious and your English could be improved. It's called collaboration. It's good fun! It's what Wikipedia's all about.
See you for the next one! Cardinal Wurzel 21:14, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
Again thanks for the help on the Life is Your Sacrifice page. I'm somewhat new to Wikipedia, although I belive that the column pointing out the mistakes on the album cover regarding the song title's is infact relevant, and should remain. Thanks, The Haunted Angel 22:17, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

NPOV
Dude, not you as well! Here's a bit from Wiki's NPOV section to explain why the page is as it is: "The policy requires that, where there are or have been conflicting views, these should be presented fairly, but not asserted. All significant points of view are presented, not just the most popular one. It should not be asserted that the most popular view or some sort of intermediate view among the different views is the correct one. Readers are left to form their own opinions." Cardinal Wurzel 08:52, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- I know I know dude, but I never said that they actually WERE Symphonic Black or Extreme Goth, all I mearly stated was that they are Often seen as these genres, but I even left the debated link there, and even but some of the wording in Italics. Personally, I think that what I put was fair, as the general assumption shows that they are Symphonic Black, but other people, including band members, have labled them Extreme or Extreme Gothic. I didn't say they were either of these genres, I only said this is what they usually are seen as. I understand they are not purely any one genre, but considering these are the two closest we can find, possibly along with Dark Metal, I say that my edit to the genre field was acceptable, and should remain as it is. The Haunted Angel 12:04, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
I think the word is "superfluous". There's just no need to fill up the infobox with "they might be seen as this, this and this". You yourself made the "debated" link that sends people to the genre section. Everything anyone needs to know is in there. Sticking it in the infobox as well just makes it cluttered. Cardinal Wurzel 17:29, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
I see your point, but I still feel that a general feel to what genres the band is closest to should be shown here, even if it is not the actual genre which they are. The Haunted Angel 22:11, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
Links in headings
You asked the question of "Why not have links in headings?" in your edit summary for the article List of Star Wars books. To answer your question you may want to look here, Wikipedia:Manual of Style (headings). Just trying to help. I'm not sure what is best to do one way or the other. --luckymustard 14:42, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Ah right, thanks for that, didn't know your not supposed to have them there, thanks for the info. --The Haunted Angel 17:06, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Moving pages
Hi. When moving pages, please fix up any double redirects you leave behind, as you did with Weapons, Equipment, and Vehicles of the Necrons (Warhammer 40,000) (which I've now fixed). Not too important, but it does make life easier for everybody else. Cheers --Pak21 08:21, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
Ok, thanks for that info. The Haunted Angel 13:31, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

Triming the MK infobox
I'm pushing for some of the fields in the MK character template to be removed. Since I've had numerous positive dealings with you on MK articles in the past, I'd really appreciate your feedback before I just up and do it, though; drop a line at Template talk:Mortal Kombat character#Removing fields if you could. Danke. EVula 20:19, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
Cheers, made a comment. The Haunted Angel 21:30, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
Merging MK GBA ports with original versions
Hi. I'd like to merge the articles of Mortal Kombat GBA ports (MKA and MK:TE) into the articles of the original games (UMK3 and MK:DA). I've started a discussion here. If you have a view on this, I'd appreciate your input. Thanks. RobWill80 15:56, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
- Hey, I saw your post earlier, but I couldn't reply because I was at college, but thanks for letting me know again, you have my support! The Haunted Angel 16:33, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry! I didn't want to look like I'm in a rush! :D I just wanted to check with some of the active project editors. Anyway, thanks for your support! RobWill80 17:23, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
- Lol, no problem dude ^_^ — The Haunted Angel 17:25, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
mk arenas
your words: Major clean up. By the way, the word is specific... Pacific is an ocean)
the clean up is cool, but the pacific & spacific was more about, i was very tired, wasn't thinking straight, i'm sure you had some of those days right? i know your not perfect. Lil'Layzie-One 22:20, 9 September 2006 (UTC) Lil'Layzie-One
- Lol, I wasn't trying to criticize you dude, I was just saying that Pacific is an ocean. You did more good then bad editing that article, don't take it personally if someone edit's your article, only through mistakes do we get better, and I have made mistakes before. The Haunted Angel 01:21, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

Lil'Layzie-One 22:20, 9 September 2006 (UTC)Lil'Layzie-One
- I apologize if it came out like that, I didn't mean to offend you or make you feel stupid or anything, I am only usually like that to vandals ^_~ The Haunted Angel 22:31, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
excepted, to asure you i'm not any kind of a vandal, i started the mk arena article, because i was proud of what the site has brought & plus i thought it needed an arena article. Lil'Layzie-One 00:07, 10 September 2006 (UTC)Lil'Layzie-One
- I don't think your a vandal mate, and the arena article is a great addition, it's one of my favorite and closly watched pages, so let's just leave it at that. I didn't mean to cause any offence when I pointed out the spelling error, and I'm sorry if I did. The Haunted Angel 00:17, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
Template Substitution
Read WP:SUBST. Template substitution reduces our server load and prevents template changes from having significant effects on the encyclopedia. It's a generally accepted guideline to substitute user talk templates (e.g. warnings). I hope that helps. there are several bots doing this task, and it has been going on for some time. - Thanks very much for the reply, and especially thanks to the incredible speed of the reply =D The Haunted Angel 00:21, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
Feedback needed (yes, again)
I've submitted a logo for the Mortal Kombat WikiProject. As usual, I want your feedback on it. Head on over to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Mortal Kombat#WikiProject Mortal Kombat Logo and feed my ego feel free let me know what you think. ;) EVula 05:00, 19 September 2006 (UTC)

My MKA Trivia
Did you delete the MKA trivia? You can see the proof that it crashed gamespots live web segment here. I am going to put the trivia back. If this isn't enough proof, I'll find more references. http://forums.midway.com/all_things_mk_armageddon/b10762/25012887/p1 Benjwong 18:42, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
- When you first posted that piece of Trivia, you provided no source for it. Now you have provided a source (I can't be bothered to go through each page and find the specific post, if you told me what page it was I would appreciate it), and I will take your word that it is on there, so I'll ensure it's left up. The Haunted Angel 23:12, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
Scorpion/Sub-Zero
Hey, sorry to bother you- I noticed you deleted the trivia notes I put on the Scorpion and Sub-Zero pages with regards to their MySpace sites with the edit summary of "what the hell?". If it's an explanation you needed, the pages I linked to are, indeed, official sites linked to via the MK Unchained site. I just felt the Zodiac information given therein would be kinda neat additions to the trivia sections. Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad you deleted them, I'm not about to start an edit war over a trivia note, especially on two articles with massive, MASSIVE trivia sections! =) Just stating my case that I'm not a loon adding random stuff (and, yeah, I realise there are plenty of unofficial Sub-Zero and Scorpion MySpace pages heheh). --L T Dangerous 21:19, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
- At a first glace at those sites, it seemed that the only 'official' thing about them was the Midway logo. The fact that it was on a MySpace thing seemed dodgey to me, but if you say an official site had links to the pages, I will take your word for it. What also seemed odd was that both sites said that they were '99' years old, which is incorrect. Anyway, whether it is official or not, I personally don't think that their Zodiac sign really should be under the trivia, but feel free to add the MySpace page to the External links at the bottom, if you havn't already. The Haunted Angel 22:24, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
Stop editing crap you don't know. Noob has the Teleport Slam in MKA, it's been confirmed through videos. Same goes with other's moves that have been confirmed through video. You doing more harm than good. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.249.9.193 (talk • contribs)
- Until the game is released, it is unknown exactly what will be in it. I am reluctant to allow material that is susceptible to change into articles just yet. I don't see how this is doing more harm then good; this coming from a guy who hasn't even made an account yet insists on proving the ignorance of long time MKWP editors. The Haunted Angel 11:14, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
- Unless a link can be provided to the videos, any such claim is unsourced, end of story. EVula 13:40, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
- What the E-man said. Even if there is a link, I am reluctant to place such things on Wiki articles then, there were promo videos released for MK4, MKDA and MKD which had things that soon changed. I think to be on the safe side, we should wait 'till the game is released. The Haunted Angel 13:44, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
- This close to the release date (although the Xbox version has been delayed, dammit) something like that probably won't be changed, but regardless, I do agree that it is best to err on the side of caution in this sort of matter and just wait it out. The videos can be used to verify other information (such a Frost's alignment). EVula 13:48, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah I agree. It's probably me just being paranoid, but I'd rather just wait. The Haunted Angel 14:08, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

Uh...what?
What was that warning you posted on my talk page about? Since it was under the 'Society of Light' article on there and not in its own little article, I'm assuming it was about my edits with it. If not, then why do you keep on harassing me about being a 'troller', when I don't have any idea what I'm supposed to be trolling about, nor do you give me a hint as to why you're harassing me about it?
- The warning I posted on your page was not about the Society of Light (although I admit, I probably should have given the warning it's own heading). The particular thing the warning is referring to is here, where it appears you changed the word 'It' to something else. This could have been a simple mistake, but at a glance it appeared to be subtle vandalism, and so I acted accordingly. If it was a simple mistake, please accept my apology. And I cannot recall about 'constantly harassing you about being a troller', I believe this is the only instance I have given you a warning. ~ The Haunted Angel 00:17, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
- I did edit the 'Notable Tournaments' section of the wiki, but I didn't touch that part. The edit I made was about the 'free for all' at Blaze's pyramid in Mortal Kombat Armageddon, and the possibility of that being considered a Mortal Kombat tournament (and, since it's been stated in the opening quite obviously that the tournament was part of what lead up to Armageddon, what fate it has after the game), but that got deleted without anyone notifying me about it as to why. I do remember trying to move a pice of my edit to another part of it, and losing it, so that may be what happened. Either way, I can assure that the edit you pointed out was purely unintentional.
As for my comment about being harassed, I'm sorry that I came to such an abrupt conclusion that it was you doing the harassing, but lately, I HAVE been hit with warning after warning, all upon first glance related to the Society of Light incident, which I've stated has long been resolved.SynjoDeonecros 02:22, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
- I can see how the edit you made was a pure spelling mistake, and so I apologizw if I came off a little harsh. As for the edit of 'Notable Tournaments', we are trying to keep as much speculation, and uncomfirmed plots etc. out of all articles, and so we will add anything there after the game is released. It is not entirly confirmed whether it will be an actual Mortal Kombat Tournament here, as the last proper Tournament was in Mortal Kombat II, I believe, not counting the fake one set up by the Deadly Alliance for Li Mei. The Haunted Angel 11:05, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
- Technically, the one in MKII was also a fake one, so the last proper Tournament was in the original Mortal Kombat. SynjoDeonecros 20:04, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
- I thought the one in MKII was a real one, but was there to lure the Earthrealm warriors away from the resurrection of Queen Sindel. It could be considered fake, as they would have invaded earthrealm regardless of the outcome, but it was still a tournament. Then again, the MKDA storyline has it's own tournament between Li Mei and people, and that was fake aswell. Lol, it seems that the bad guys have given up with doing things by the book!
