Visitors to Peru must obtain a visa from one of the Peruvian diplomatic missions unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries.

editHolders of passports of the following countries and territories may enter Peru without a visa for tourist purposes for up to 90 days (unless otherwise noted):[1][2][3]

B - May enter without a visa for business purposes as well.
1 - 180 days.
2 - 180 days within 365-day period.
3 - 90 days within 180-day period.
4 - 90 days within 365-day period.
5 - 60 days.

- Citizens of Mainland China, India,[25] and Macau may enter Peru without a visa for tourist or business trips of up to 180 days if they have either visa or resident permit from Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States or Schengen Area. In addition, the document must be valid for a minimum period of up to 6 months from the date of arrival in Peru.
- Diplomatic, Official and Service Passport Holders of the Dominican Republic do not require a valid visa for up to 60 days.
- Diplomatic, Official and Service Passport Holders (except Dominican Republic & Venezuela) do not require a valid visa for up to 180 days.
- Special Passport Holders of Azerbaijan, Jordan and Singapore do not require a valid visa for up to 90 days.
APEC Business Travel Card
editHolders of passports issued by the following countries who possess an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) containing the "PER" code on the reverse that it is valid for travel to Peru may enter Peru without a visa for business trips for up to 90 days.[3]
