This user has made repeated edits to the following articles under various sock puppet IPs: Arabian Gulf rugby union team, Arabian Gulf rugby union team (sevens), Arabian Gulf Rugby Football Union‎. Activity began after one of their other IPs, User:77.92.95.115 was blocked and warned. There is a consistent pattern here, which suggests a user with multiple accounts. Editor seems obsessed with changing Arabian Gulf to Persian Gulf. It is not wikipedia's fault that these organisations and teams chose this particular name. Edits have been occurring repeatedly over a long period, but page protection has been denied for some reason.

At least one of them has been blocked, several of them have been warned more than once or threatened with blocks, some of them have been warned by people other than me. There is a consistent pattern here. I'm not saying that they're all the same person, but most of them would seem to be. I'm closing this per the email i sent to the mailing list. If you didn't see/don't have access to the list, I basically said that I could only see one that has been blocked once.
