Bebe Jumeau I have an academic art/cultural history professional background and think that this perspective should be featured as well as collector and baby boom nostalgic perspectives. I also think that dolls and girls toys get overlooked in discussions around toys - I have been making small comments to the doll pages for a number of years - and started some of the antique doll pages, but still not entirely got my head around serious heavy Wikipedia cultural protocols and behaviors - so excuse me

BeerAlchemist - I am interested in designer toys. I attended Toy Fair in 2012, where they had a whole section dedicated to specialty toys and so I feel it is an important subject to include. I will put together a list of the representative toys to help improve upon the designer toys article and I will work on working it into the general toy projects organization. Please let me know if you have ideas or input.
