S==Right click → left click== Should every instance of "right click" in this document be replaced with "left click"? --Anthonyhcole (talk) 11:07, 26 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Well, the reason I chose "right click" is because I'm assuming extreme inexperience and don't want people to accidentally leave the page and not know how to find us. :) I figured that people who know what they're doing will click right or left according to their preference, but that people who don't may need some extra handholding. --Maggie Dennis (WMF) (talk) 11:31, 26 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
Right clicking "here" in the thumbnail caption doesn't take me to a "printable wiki editing quick reference guide," it opens the context menu. To be taken to the printable guide, I have to left click. That'll be the case with most devices. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 11:48, 26 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
Right clicking and left clicking take me to the same page, but I'm only on one device. :) The only difference for me is that right clicking is in a different window. I'll see if perhaps Oliver can help out. --Maggie Dennis (WMF) (talk) 11:56, 26 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
(Oh, wait; context menu: you mean the extra step of having to say "open in a new tab", I presume? Would it be useful to add instructions for what to do at the context menu? Evidently I'm not thinking simple enough. :) --Maggie Dennis (WMF) (talk) 11:58, 26 January 2012 (UTC))Reply
Not sure. Do you want to take the reader to the context menu or directly to the linked page? If the latter, just telling them to click "here" will take most people to the page. But telling them to right click "here" will take most readers using a standard PC mouse or touch pad to the context menu. --Anthonyhcole (talk) 12:13, 26 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Telling them to click here will take them away from this page. :) Believe it or not, some of them can't find their way back. Directing users away from a tutorial runs the risk of losing them before they complete the tutorial. --Maggie Dennis (WMF) (talk) 13:19, 26 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

I think there needs to be some added depth for the tours section in terms of ‘lover fest’ and its cancellation for covid related reasons. https://www.billboard.com/pro/taylor-swift-lover-fest-tour-canceled/
