That's the Royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom. Much like national flags (which I avoid except when the country itself is featured), it's too generic - it could be applied to anything related to the UK. Raul654 22:17, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

A less familiar face such as Walpole's may be an alternative. IMO, Blair's face may give people the wrong impression that his wikiarticle is featured. But, this is probably a non-problem. --PFHLai 22:32, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
