Beginning at the intersection of present US 220 and a newly constructed facility at Emory, then north over the newly constructed facility to the intersection of present US 220 south of Steed. Designate present US 220 through Candor and Biscoe as US 220 Alternate.

I-75 Renumbering

Renumber as I-275 presently designated I-75 from the intersection of I-40 in Knoxville to the intersection of I-640 northwest of Knoxville. Designate as I-75 present route I-640 from the intersection of I-275 north of Knoxville to the intersection I-40 west of Knoxville.
VIRGINIA
U.S. Route 13 Relocation and Elimination of a Business Route

APPROVED

Eliminate the U.S. 13 Business designation between the intersection of I-64 and Northampton Blvd. in Norfolk and I-64 at Bowers Hill. Remove the US 13 designation from its overlap with I-64 between these points and designate former Business Route 13 as US 13.
U.S. Route 211 Elimination

Eliminate as a U.S. route US 211 from the intersection of I-66 and US 29 in Arlington, Virginia, to the intersection of US 15 Business in Warrenton.
