editFrom Middle Persian [Term?] (/ādurgōn, ādurgōnag/), cognate to Old Armenian ատրագոյն (atragoyn) and Old Georgian ადრაგუნი (adraguni). Equivalent to آذر (âzar, “fire”) + گون (gun, “colour”).
