Abū Mūsā ‘Īsā Ibn Mīnā az-Zarqiyy (in Arabic: أبو موسى عيسى ابن مينا الزرقي), one of the two primary transmitters of the canonical method of Nafi‘ al-Madani. Nicknamed like this due to his Byzantine origins.
