보도연맹 • (Bodoyeonmaeng) (hanja 保導聯盟)

1. (historical) Short for 국민보도연맹 (gungminbodoyeonmaeng, “National Bodo League”); an organization before the Korean War aiming for the reeducation of supposed communists. It's members are subject to indiscriminate massacre regardless whether they held communist belief.
