The forms Hannukka, Channukkah, and Chanucca are very rare.

editOriginated 1890–95. From Hebrew חנוכה / חֲנֻכָּה (khanuká, “dedication, consecration”) from חָנַךְ (khanákh, “to dedicate, to consecrate”).
