- Posture the dominant hand in the “R” handshape on the dominant side of the chin, extended fingers pointing up.
- Hold the hand briefly still.
- Move the hand down off the chin.
- Posture the dominant hand in the “R” handshape below the dominant side of the chin.
- Move the hand up and across to the next posture.
- Posture the dominant hand in the “R” handshape on the nondominant side of the chin, extended fingers pointing up.
- Move the hand down off the chin.
- Posture the dominant hand in the “R” handshape below the nondominant side of the chin.
- Hold the hand briefly still.
- Posture the dominant hand in the “R” handshape on the dominant side of the chin, extended fingers pointing up.
