I have added a reference to Merriam-Webster, which I found rather tricky because of the hyphen. I would think it refers to allotted time, such as in an exam room, more than a deadline. I would keep this anyway, it's potentially idiomatic. DonnanZ (talk) 16:19, 30 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
I didn’t see a hyphen at M–W, so I have removed it. The fact that the phrase is used by way of a full sentence, without determiner, underlines its idiomaticity. Keep.  --Lambiam 12:22, 31 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
I meant apostrophe, my mistake. Thanks for fixing it. DonnanZ (talk) 17:21, 31 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
Weak keep. Canonicalization (talk) 22:10, 31 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
