Etymology

Calque of English playlist, from gróti (to play music) +‎ rãštas (writing). Compare daiktãraštis (item list), kainóraštis (price list), valgiãraštis (menu) and tvarkãraštis (schedule).

First attested in 2001[1], used to describe playlists on radio stations.
