edittimeband (plural timebands)
- A fixed period of time representing a division of the day or night.

- So we divide the day into 15-minute timebands, and look at the options in each of these. Within each timeband we assume the demand is concentrated on the midpoint; for example, at 05:38 in the 05:30-05:45 timeband.
