Fog curls around the peaks of Mount Lushan in Jiangxi province, China. The trees have been identified as Pinus hwangshanensis, or Huangshan Pine.

Beijing Tiananmen Square 180 degree overview picture
- Viewpoint is from Tiananmen Gate, looking south.
- Plain-clothed and armed PLA Paramilitary can be seen standing guard at both ends of the photo.
- The building to the left is the Museum of Chinese History.
- The towered building beyond the far left corner of the square is the Victorian era railway station, now used for shops.
- Directly ahead is the Monument to the People's Heroes and beyond that is the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong.
- To the right is the Great Hall of the People.
- The waterway in the foreground is the Imperial Palace en:moat.

Life size terracotta warriors in Xian, China. The early discoveries of the warriors were rich in color; however, most of the color faded away after being exposed to the air.
